Introduction & Mission

“Smrutishesh Madhukarrao Tamgadge Charitable Trust, Nagpur” (Tamgadge Trust henceforth) is a registered Public Trust under Section 19 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 with a registration no. of E-3573(N), Nagpur.

The following are the objectives of the Smrutishesh Madhukarrao Tamgadge Charitable Trust, Nagpur.

  • To arrange educational scholarships for parentless/orphan girl students.
  • To work in the field of coordination for efforts related to Sickle Cell Anemia disease.
  • To publish literature and books related to Ambedkarite movement and issues related to weaker segment of the Society.
  • To provide professional guidance and assistance to students belonging to SC/ST/OBC and weaker segments of the Society with respect to education and employment based competitive examinations.
  • To work for propagation and development of rational and scientific attitude in the Society.
  • To create a documentation hub for Ambedkarite movement; its genesis, phases and contemporary trends.
  • To promote the culture of free libraries and Abhyasikas for poor students.

A significant opportunity for needy and promising girls.

Applications are being accepted for the Smritishesh Madhukarrao Tamgadge Educational Scholarship Scheme 2026-2027.

This scheme is for girls who have passed 10th or are studying further, and whose father or parents are not alive. So far, 700 girls have received educational assistance through this scheme started in 2017.

नास्को मिशन म्हणजे सिकल सेल बद्दल सामान्य लोकांमध्ये जागरूकता वाढवणे आणि सिकल सेल रूग्णांचे जीवनमान चांगले राहण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करते.
NASCO सिकल सेल अॅनिमिया एकछत्री संघटना म्हणून काम करते. विविध संघटना, स्वयंसेवी संस्था, विविध राज्यांमध्ये कार्यरत आहेत आणि नास्को सिकल सेल अॅनिमिया रुग्णांची स्थिती सुधारण्यासाठी धोरणात्मक हस्तक्षेपासाठी भारत सरकार आणि विविध राज्य सरकारांशी सक्रिय समन्वयाने दुवा म्हणून कार्य करते.
